Dont know what it is but when it comes time to wake up (that morning) i am sorta in a fog for a few hours. Sleep so hard at times.

In a lot of pain today.  Feel awful. Making homemade Gluten Free bread today and it's almost done. Feel like shit after a late breakfast. Did not get to bed till very late last. I would say almost 3 am in the morning. Woke up and 8am and went back to bed for 2 hours. Did not feel like getting out of bed. Got a late start. Went to Winco this afternoon to get some much needed groceries. I found out the hard way that I have a wheat allergy. So now i buy bread and mixes that are Gluten Free. It has helped a great deal and will change my daily diet greatly. No pizza and cookies anymore. Got a pain in my neck from something now. Find it hard to finish this Blog. Bread is cooling now and smells good. Almost done. Feeling sick in my stomach now. So as soon as the bread gets done and i am happy with it i will go back to bed. I feel like i need a pain med really bad.  Trying to away from those pain meds. Not addicted but seem to be using them when i have to. Miss my dad a lot. I keep seeing ghost images of something in my apt! In the far sited on the corners of my eye. I always have had this issue about seeing ghosts. I am sensitive to it i guess. Probably going to miss my news hour tonight. Bread looks good so far.  I hope it comes out good. I got a few Gluten Free bread mixes today at Winco. God darn expensive! And a GF cookie mix also. Over 4 dollars each. My stomach is now upset. Neck still hurts. And for last month or two my hip hurts pretty bad. I was supposed to make an appt Friday afternoon. But missed out on that chore. Talking to Al now about his new printer. Talk talk gosh! Took a pain med and a sleeping pill. So as soon as i am off the phone with i will go to bed. I thinking of getting new part for the media center pc. But over 200.00, so i am contemplating it.

The diagnostic criteria of Irritable Bowel Syndrome always presumes the absence of a structural or biochemical explanation for the symptoms and is made only by your health care professional. Using the Rome II definition, Irritable Bowel Syndrome can be diagnosed based on at least 12 weeks, which need not be consecutive, in the preceding 12 months of abdominal discomfort or pain that has two out of three features: 

1. Relieved with defecation; and/or
2. Onset associated with a change in frequency of stool; and/or
3. Onset associated with a change in form (appearance) of stool.

Symptoms that Cumulatively Support the Diagnosis of IBS:

• Abnormal stool frequency (may be defined as greater than 3 bowel movements per day and less than 3 bowel movements per week);
• Abnormal stool form (lumpy/hard or loose/watery stool);
• Abnormal stool passage (straining, urgency, or feeling of incomplete evacuation);
• Passage of mucus;
• Bloating or feeling of abdominal distension.

Supportive Symptoms of IBS:

1. Fewer than three bowel movements a week
2. More than three bowel movements a day
3. Hard or lumpy stools
4. Loose (mushy) or watery stools
5. Straining during a bowel movement
6. Urgency (having to rush to have a bowel movement)
7. Feeling of incomplete bowel movement
8. Passing mucus (white material) during a bowel movement
9. Abdominal fullness, bloating, or swelling

Diarrhea-predominant: 1 or more of 2, 4, 6 and none of 1, 3, or 5; or: 2 or more of 2, 4, or 6 and one of 1 or 5. (3. Hard or lumpy stools do not qualify.)
Constipation-predominant: 1 or more of 1, 3, 5 and none of 2, 4, or 6;or: 2 or more of 1, 3, or 5 and one of 2, 4 or 6.

Been having a lot of problems with Constipation

Been going on for a year now. I think i have IBS-c. From what i am reading and the more i read on the net it comes to me that i have this problem. Laxatives are the only way i can pass stool. And the problem gets worse when i eat dairy products. i.e. milk, cheese, cream. Usually in most people dairy causes cramps and diarrhea. Not me. It cause me to have gas, bloating, Cramps. I can't pass gas very well so it makes it hard to consume dairy. Which i love milk and ice cream.   More later

Hell's canyon trip 06/22/2012

Over all a great trip. I would give it a 9 out of a 10. Reason being for the 9 is i did not know there was a even better trip aval. The better trip was called Hell's canyon extreme tour. This tour was a longer trip up to the Snake river at Hell's canyon dam. With class 5 rapids. Now I know about it and will try to get on this extreme ride very soon. There are classified rapids. 1 to 5. This trip was a class 4. More later.
